Фразовые глаголы с глаголом Get

Глагол to get [ɡet] это не очень часто использующийся в английском, а ещё и связка. Он показывает процесс получения чего либо. По русски to get может означать следующее:
доставать, получать, хватать, захватывать, схватить, поймать и т.п.

Этот глагол неправильный, поэтому формы Past Simple и Participle II образуются не по правилам, как у большинства других английских глаголов. В нашем случае для Past Simple и для Participle II это форма got.
Фразовых глаголов которые образуются от "get" очень и очень много. Значения их понять просто нереально, поэтому все что посоветуем это пробовать их запоминать вместе с контекстом и случаями употребления.
